Payment and Confirmation Information:
After you click the "Review Order " button, you will be taken to a confirmation screen, where you will be given the opportunity to review the transaction and to cancel or to authorize payment. After you authorize payment, your credit card will be charged promptly.

Cancellation, Substitution and Refund Policy
You may substitute participants without charge at any time; just notify us by calling (623.537.7150) or by faxing (623.537.7921) a letter to us.

You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund of your registration fee provided that your cancellation notice is faxed (623.537.7921) or mailed and postmarked (the address is below) by midnight of the following dates:

You may cancel your registration and receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee provided that your cancellation notice is faxed (623.537.7921) or mailed and postmarked (the address is below) by midnight of the following dates:
