David
A. Brewer
specializes in credit union, business, real property (leasing and purchase) and
commercial representation. He has lectured on numerous legal subjects such as
credit union law, labor and employment law, corporations, wrongful termination,
sexual harassment, bankruptcy and banking laws, along with serving as a Judge
Pro Tem. Dave has conducted seminars with several Federal and State Court Judges
on various legal topics affecting credit unions and other financial institutions.
He has published several articles dealing with wrongful termination, credit union
subsidiary corporations and taxation. Dave is a graduate of the University of
California (Irvine-1972, B.A. Sociology) and the University of San Diego School
of Law (1975, Juris Doctor). He is also a member of the San Diego County Bar
Association.
