Janet
Jones heads up the firm's Austin, Texas office. She specializes in credit union
representation, trademark, copyright and employment law issues
and has worked on a variety of labor-related matters on behalf
of credit unions including wage and hour issues, drug testing policies,
employment contracts and claims before the EEOC and California
FEHC. Janet regularly speaks to credit unions concerning these
and other issues. Janet graduated on the Dean's List from the University
of Oklahoma (1981, B.A. Political Science) and earned her Juris
Doctor degree in 1986 from the University of Oklahoma College of
Law. She is licensed to practice law in Texas, California, and
Oklahoma.
