Terri
Keeley
specializes in credit union, business and commercial representation. Terri is
a cum laude graduate of Miami University (1991, B.A. Psychology) and a graduate
of William & Mary Law School (1995, Juris Doctor) where she served as an
editor of the William & Mary Law Review and published member of the Bankruptcy
Law and Development Journal. Terri was formerly an associate in the banking and
financial institutions groups at Faegre & Benson LLP ( Minneapolis, MN) and
McGuireWoods LLP (Richmond, VA). She is currently admitted to practice law in
Minnesota and California. Terri has served as a lecturer on ethics at San Diego
State University. Terri joined the firm in 2001.
