Duane
Tyler heads the firm’s litigation practice, including general
litigation, collections and bankruptcy. Duane is a summa cum
laude graduate of Montclair State University in Upper Montclair,
New Jersey (1980, B.A. History) and a graduate of Temple University
School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (1983, Juris Doctor)
where he was a published member of the Temple Law Review. His
legal education includes a semester at the University of Athens
School of Law, Athens, Greece, where he studied comparative constitutional,
civil, and criminal law. He is currently admitted to practice
law in Pennsylvania and California and is a member of the San
Diego County Bar Association Legal Ethics Committee. Duane has
served as a guest lecturer on ethics and legal malpractice at
the University of San Diego School of Law and lecturer to industry
groups.
