Firm History

Moore, Brewer, Jones, Tyler & North was formed in 1995 as Moore, Brewer and Burbott, by Randy Moore, Dave Brewer, and Jeb Burbott. Randy, Dave and Jeb previously practiced together at Saxon, Dean, Mason, Brewer and Kincannon.

In 2000, Janet Jones and Duane Tyler became shareholders of the firm, and Jeb Burbott left to become in-house counsel to WesCorp.

In 2007, Eric North became a shareholder when the firm merged with The North Law Firm. The North Law Firm had represented the interests of credit unions from its offices in San Jose, California (now, the Northern California office of Moore Brewer Jones Tyler & North) since 1985.
