Yes, it is.  The NorthLegal Bankruptcy Conference is a separate program that focuses on bankruptcy laws.  It has been sponsored by NorthLegal Training and Publications or The North Law Firm since December 2001.

Program Content Questions

It is likely there will be guest speakers at the NorthLegal Regulatory Conference in September 2008.  Watch here for additional information as it develops.

3. What materials are provided? Do you have additional materials that I can buy for an extra fee?

Absolutely all written materials are provided as part of the program price; there is nothing extra you must (or even can) buy.

4. May I just buy the written materials without attending the Conference?

Sorry, but no. Although the program materials are comprehensive, they are not intended to be used independently from the conference.

Hotel Room Questions

1. Must I bring the credit card that I use to reserve my hotel room with me to the Conference?

Not if you plan ahead. Many participants use a card issued in the name of the credit union to make their hotel room reservations. If your name is shown on the card, just bring the card with you to the program.  If your name is NOT listed on the card, you will need to complete an Authorization Form and bring it, along with a copy of the card and of the drivers license of the person whose name is shown on the card, with you.  You may obtain the Authorization Form in Word format by clicking here.
